Sharon Ringier is the founder of the Possible Woman brand, which includes the Collective, Channel, and Magazine—all dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs to grow, connect, and thrive. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Sharon is a business coach, visionary, and community builder committed to helping women step boldly into their potential.
Through the Possible Woman platform, she curates transformative experiences that blend strategy with community. Her signature events, including the Goal Getter Business Mastery Bootcamp and the International Women’s Day HERstory Unveiled Experience in Times Square, give women the tools, visibility, and connections to succeed while celebrating their unique journeys.
Sharon’s work has earned her recognition as one of the Daily Herald Business Ledger’s Influential Women in Business. Beyond business, she is a devoted wife, mother of two sons, and proud grandmother, balancing family life with her passion for empowering women. She also shares her home with her little companion, Divo, a spirited Chihuahua who keeps life full of joy and laughter.
