A different kind of conference.

Thursday, Oct 8th 9:00-2:00 MST

A day to step back, think more deeply about your business, and reconnect with what you’re building.

You want flexibility in your business.

But you keep getting pulled in different directions.

Every day brings another decision.

Should I launch this?
Should I hire someone?
Am I posting enough? Should I be posting less?

The hardest part of building a business is knowing what deserves your time. You can always do more, and everyone has strong opinions about what you should be doing.

It’s easy to find yourself going along… doing things. Wondering if any of your decisions are getting you closer to the business you want.

The business you want is built
one decision at a time.

And that’s why we’re here.

I’ve gathered the lovely and inspiring humans I know to come together in one space and talk about how we can make better, more aligned decisions that get us closer to joy and stability in our work.

My hope is that you leave this conference feeling grounded.

Grounded in the business you want to build. Grounded in the decisions that move you toward it. And surrounded by people who will continue to support you along the way.

Each choice is getting you somewhere.
Let’s make sure it’s somewhere you actually want to go.

The Invitation

Join us from anywhere. Tickets are $150, and we’re limiting attendance to 50 people to create space for real conversation and connection.

One day together. To make sure the rest of your days move you toward the business you want.

What to expect

During the conference, we’ll have honest conversations about success, time, and the everyday decisions that shape our work.

Active Conversations

Every conversation is designed to be interactive. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and reflect on what the ideas mean for your own business.

Meaningful Connections

Throughout the day, you’ll be paired with curated small groups and guided through conversations that go deeper than elevator pitches.

An Intentional Pace

We’ve intentionally built in time for integration. Leave the conference with fewer ideas and a better understanding of which ones matter most to you.

The schedule

How to get the most out of this conference.

Opening conversation, guided exercise, and small group discussion.

We’ll open the day together by exploring the purpose behind this conference and taking a moment to reconnect with what we’re building through a guided exercise. Then we’ll dive into how to get the most from the conversations ahead.

Then we’ll break into small groups. This is our first opportunity to connect in curated small groups, where we can reflect on what we’re building and find the common threads between our goals.

What does success look like?

Group conversation and small group discussion.

We’ll explore the many ways success is defined, the pressures that can pull us away from what matters most, and how to build a definition of success that’s actually our own.

Back into small groups with a new group of thoughtful humans, each led by one of our conversation hosts. This is where the conversation continues. Share what stood out to you, hear what others are taking away, and explore what it means for your own business.

Should we really be sitting this much?

Take a break! Because we’re humans, and we need it.

Go take a walk. Breathe in some fresh air and let the information you’ve heard stir around in your subconscious. Can’t wait to see what comes out.

So, how do I spend my time?

Group conversation and small group discussion.

Each decision takes us in a direction. In this conversation, we’ll explore how to spend our time, question the things we think we “should” be doing, and create ways to stay connected to what matters most.

Then (you guessed it) back into small groups to continue the conversation.

Goodbye and takeaways.

Where do we go from here?

We’ll close the conference by making sense of everything we’ve explored together. Through reflection and conversation, you’ll identify the ideas you want to carry forward and the next steps that feel right for your business.

Who’s joining

We’ve invited a handful of thoughtful business owners to join us in conversation. These are people we admire because of the intentional way they approach their work. Our hope is that their perspectives spark new ideas and help all of us make better decisions about the businesses we’re building.

Dear business owner,

I’ve been thinking about you.
Thinking about what I can do to make it easier.

You’ve worked hard to build something meaningful. But there are still some parts of your business that haven’t lined up the way that you’d like.

I’m not here to hand you the answers.
I’m here to explore with you.

I designed this conference with you in mind.

I hope that this will be a space where you can learn. Where you can reflect on what you’re building. And where you can form real connections that persevere long after the conference has passed.

Most of all, I hope that you leave the conference feeling calm

Because when we’re calm, we can make intentional decisions about how we want to grow. And that’s the only way we’ll ever truly build a business that supports the life we want to live.

The (Final) Invitation

No pressure tactics. That’s not what we’re about.

This is an invitation to start defining your own success. Come spend the day with thoughtful business owners who care deeply about the work they’re building and the lives they’re building it for.

We would love to have you there.
