Get a little help.
And get shit done.
What could you accomplish if you had a business partner for just a few hours?
Websites
Build that landing page together (and learn how to edit your website).
Strategy
Talk through an offer that you want to bring into the world.
Systems
Set up a system for something you spend hours doing every week.
And More.
Bring what you’re working on and we’ll figure it out together.
Not every problem in your business needs to become a whole thing.
Sometimes it makes sense to hire someone for a project or a long term contract. Sometimes it doesn’t.
And when it doesn’t, we end up trying to do everything ourselves.
That’s part of running a business. We wear a lot of hats. But when we get stuck, it’s nice to have someone to call on.
Flexible for your needs.
No package or long-term commitment required. Grab an hour, an afternoon, a full day when it makes sense.
1 hour ………………………………… $200
Half day (3 hours)………..$600
Full day (6 hours)………..$1200
Custom hours available.
What does working together look like?
It depends on what you need! Our time together can include work we do together and work I do for you.
We might spend an hour on Zoom talking through something you’re stuck on and pull up your website to work on it together.
Or you might tell me what you need done and I’ll work on it so that you don’t have to.
If I think what you really need is someone with a particular expertise or a long term partner by your side, I’ll happily point you to one of the lovely humans in my network instead.

“Owning a business can feel lonely. Finding a strategic partner to check-in and process ideas with has been key in not only developing my business but also in feeling connected.
Jess asks great questions to help me sort through that visionary chaos and challenges me (in a nice way) to prioritize actions that move my business forward. I look forward to every session!”

“Working with a Jess has been a game changer for my business. When I think about where I was when I met her and how different things are today, it’s easy to see the transformation.
Jess helped me take my first step toward systems. I have rebelled against the word “systems” forever (it’s not in my DNA). She listened and heard me and what I wanted for my business, and then helped me find ways to make that work in the real world.”

“Sometimes I get stuck on some business decision or process that’s outside my wheelhouse, and all my momentum comes to a halt while I run in circles. All I really want is someone who will understand my questions and respond with the direct insights and answers I need to get out of neutral and move to the next step.
Imagine my excitement when that’s exactly what happened in my session with Jess. In one hour, we cracked through my list and did more actionable work than I’ve done in months with others. Bonus: That shift in momentum sparked brand-new ways of thinking about my business! I’m already preparing for my next session.”

“Working with Jess has had such a meaningful impact on my life, both professionally and personally. She has this grounded wisdom and calm presence that makes everything feel a little clearer and easier to navigate. I’m constantly amazed by her problem-solving superpower, she can take something that feels tangled and help you see a simple, real way forward.
Her guidance has shaped the way I think and grow, and I always walk away from our meetings together feeling more grounded and inspired.”

Why Jess?
I’ve spent more than a decade building my own businesses and working alongside other small business owners. And in that time, I’ve done a weird amount of stuff.
I’ve built and managed teams. Worked in operations and strategy. Built websites and systems. Written copy and marketing plans. Created offers, launched things, planned events, managed client work, and figured out a whole lot of things I had no idea how to do when I started.
I’ve also built a business the “right” way, realized I didn’t actually like the business I’d built, and changed it.
All of that has made me really good at stepping into a business, seeing the bigger picture, and figuring things out. I’m not here to tell you the one right way to run your business. I’m here to help you find what makes sense for you—and then help you make it happen.
