Jenn Morgan

Jenn is a Dream Ops Partner and founder of BOSS (Business Operational Systems Specialist), where she supports entrepreneurs who built businesses in pursuit of freedom, flexibility, and meaningful impact—only to find growth brings complexity, chaos, and ongoing operational demands.

Through BOSS, Jenn is a right-hand partner for overextended founders who need more structure behind the scenes. She clarifies vision, identifies operational gaps, and designs and implements systems that help businesses run smoothly and efficiently. From streamlining workflows to supporting execution and team operations, her work creates stability so founders are not carrying operations alone. Clients gain access to her curated network of specialists, expanding support beyond operations into ecosystem of expertise.

At the core of Jenn’s work is a simple belief: business should support life, not consume it. She started BOSS to build a more sustainable way of working for herself and her family—and to help clients do the same. She values work-life balance while honoring the reality that structure and income are essential.

Outside client work, Jenn is building a school bus conversion with her husband as they move toward a more nomadic lifestyle. Life outside business is intentionally simple—biking, trail running, camping with friends, and time with her daughter, bonus daughter, and husband.

Jenn is a one-woman business, but has present “unpaid assistants” at home: Gypsy, her rescue dog; Kayode, her outgoing Savannah cat who often joins calls; and Kion, his quieter counterpart who prefers to stay off camera while still overseeing things from a safe distance.
