A small-group experience for business owners who want to build a strong foundation for their work.

Grow your audience. Launch a course. Create passive income. But before any of that can work, you need a foundation.
The truth is, it’s going to take time to build the business of your dreams. It doesn’t mean it won’t happen. It just means that it’s a good idea to build something that will support you in the meantime.
Foundations is designed to help you slow down and create a solid place for your dreams to grow. If your business can support you now, then you can work towards your goals from a place of calm and confidence.
Our group will be small, on purpose. With a limit of six participants and two facilitators, we’ll be able to have meaningful conversations and more personalized support.
This is a space to learn and reflect alongside an intimate group of thoughtful business owners.
What’s Included:
- Three live group sessions with teaching, small-group feedback and discussion, and optional working time after each session.

Foundations includes a one-hour strategy session with Jess to dive deeper into a challenge or question that’s specific to your business. This time is yours to use in whatever way would be most helpful.
Our schedule
Each session includes conversation, guided exercises, and small-group feedback. Rather than simply learning new ideas, you’ll have the opportunity to think through how they apply to your business and get direct reflections from other business owners.
Our group sessions include:
SESSION 1 – Clear.
Tuesday, September 1st at 10:30-12:00 MST
Before you focus on growth, make sure you feel good about what you’re building. In this session, we’ll evaluate what’s behind your work, why it matters, and whether it a sustainable path to where you want to go.
SESSION 2 – Visible.
Tuesday, September 15th at 10:30-12:00 MST
People need to know that you exist. In this session, we’ll explore how and where you’re showing up and how to become more visible in ways that feel natural and aligned.
SESSION 3 – Connected.
Tuesday, September 29th at 10:30-12:00 MST
It’s so much easier when we’re in this together. In this session, we’ll explore the relationships that support your work and how to approach networking, referrals, and sales in a way that feels genuine.
