Desiree is the founder of Yay! Gifts and Cards — a custom laser engraving and curated gifting business in the Denver metro. She is in her first year, figuring it out as she goes, and loving (almost) every chaotic minute of it.

When she’s not engraving things, she is usually thinking about how to get people to actually show appreciation instead of just feeling it, which is kind of the whole reason Yay! exists.
