No work Friday – Sunday, take off holidays, go on vacations and cover for each other calls and things scheduled out ahead of timeWe’re dedicated to producing great work for our clients while living big, full lives so plan for there to be a turnaround time with our projects, calls, and email responses.
MEET OUR TEAM
Our team is based in the United States and Canada, but we travel often. Each team member was hand-selected for their character as individuals, and then trained to be experts in their specific role. We are co-workers and friends, and some of us are family as well. Our team is made up of Connectors, Supporters, Strategists, Editors, and Creators, all passionate about creating a value-aligned work life and helping you do the same.
CONNECTORS
When you come on as a client, you’ll be paired with a MOCA Connector. Your Connector is your main point of communication, connecting you to the rest of the team. Think of your Connector as your project manager, your accountability partner, and your biggest advocate.

MOCA Strategists co-manage your projects with the Connectors. They work behind-the-scenes to make sure that projects run smoothly. Strategists specialize in the details – system creation, project setup, and ongoing workflow management.
