Let’s Connect:
Kristine Jimenez
Founder of Sol Service
Kristine Jimenez has spent over two decades leading strategic communications at the highest levels — from national PR campaigns for Starbucks to building the fundraising communications and events team at UW Medicine. Now, through her company Sol Service, she channels that same caliber of brand strategy and communications thinking into focused intensives and tailored consulting for heart-led solo-entrepreneurs and organizations.
Kristine specializes in working with founders and leaders in emergence, start-up, or transition phases, helping them translate complexity and uncertainty into clear brand positioning, aligned messaging, and sustainable, ethical marketing strategies that authentically connect with their people.
In her free time, Kristine is a road cyclist known for her Tuesday Exorcism Rides — where she exorcises other people’s demons, tips accepted (find the antics on IG and TikTok under #ExorcismRides). A Cuban-American single mom of two teenagers, she lives on Bainbridge Island just outside Seattle. Her passion for clarity and purpose have seeped into her own personal growth journey and into a second venture as a personal transformation coach and retreat host, helping adults in midlife and beyond create embodied knowing, greater self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose.

You do meaningful work. But when someone asks what you do, something gets lost in translation.
It’s not a marketing problem. It’s a clarity problem and it’s more common than you think.
In this free, interactive hour, we’ll work through the foundations of brand clarity together: who you’re for, what you uniquely offer, and how to say it in a way that actually sounds like you.
How do you market it without compromising your ethics?
Here are my commitments to ethical marketing practice.
What resonates? What would you add? Anything you disagree with?
