Meet Katelyn

Katelyn is an honorary MOCA team member for life. She worked with us for four years, playing a big part in helping MOCA grow into what it is today. When MOCA shifted away from project work, Katelyn launched her own Virtual Assistant business to continue supporting entrepreneurs, using the same adaptability, organization, and relational care that made her such an important part of our team.

During her time at MOCA, Katelyn worked as a Connector, specializing in project management and client communications. She excelled at client care, team coordination, and the behind-the-scenes details that kept projects moving. She’s had a front-row seat to the realities of building and running a small business. She stayed with us through the pivots, the problem-solving, and the creation of systems to make things sustainable. That experience gives her a unique perspective as a VA where she understands what it takes to support intentional entrepreneurs and knows how to step in and make their work lighter.
