Kara Barnes is the founder of Backstage Ops, serving as a trusted partner for thought leaders and professional speakers who want to get their strategy, systems, software, and staff aligned so they can focus on getting onto more stages.

With over a decade of experience as a “2nd in Command” for million-dollar speakers, Kara is a Certified Director of Operations and EOS® Integrator Masterclass Graduate. Her expertise has helped speakers like Anton Gunn, Michelle Villalobos, and Darcy Luoma efficiently channel leads into high-ticket products while empowering their support staff to handle daily operations autonomously.

When she’s not at work, you can find Kara snowboarding in winter or camping and kayaking throughout summer. Her two furry troublemakers, Cosmo and Binx, occasionally delight in inviting themselves to Zoom calls—please pardon their squeaks and jingles!
