Seasonal Business Support
A business partner for the season you’re in.
What is it?
Hands-on, relational support customized for your business. A business partner when you need it, to brainstorm, problem-solve, strategize, and actually get shit done.
Hi, I’m Jess
For the last decade, I’ve been exploring the best way to help business owners love their work and have space for their lives. I went through the traditional service routes and came out the other side with experience, insight, and a desire to show up differently.
Over the years, I’ve found that the most meaningful work I’ve done happens when I’m inside the business with someone. Not just through strategy and execution, but through relational support. Building with them. Problem-solving in real time. Holding steady when things feel messy.
I realized that what people needed most was a partner. Someone to think with, build with, fall apart with. So I stopped trying to package it neatly. I created a space for fluid and adaptable support without cookie-cutter solutions or programs to follow. What you need, when you need it.
If you’re looking for a list of deliverables, it’s not here. You’ll also notice that this page is missing a secret framework that’s hidden behind a paywall.
The work I do is intentional, relational, and responsive. What it looks like depends on who you are, what you’re building, and the season you’re in. Sometimes it’s a single hour. Sometimes it’s a few months of steady collaboration. The support is shaped around you.
I want to show up as the business partner you wish you had. That kind of work begins with a relationship, not a transaction. If you want to explore working together, we’ll have our own season of getting to know each other and making sure there’s real alignment. I’m very intentional about who I work with and how we enter into the work. Once I understand who you are and what you care about in your business, we can talk about the kind of seasonal support that would be most helpful for you.

“Owning a business can feel lonely. Finding a strategic partner to check-in and process ideas with has been key in not only developing my business but also in feeling connected.
Jess asks great questions to help me sort through that visionary chaos and challenges me (in a nice way) to prioritize actions that move my business forward. I look forward to every session!”

“Working with a Jess has been a game changer for my business. When I think about where I was when I met her and how different things are today, it’s easy to see the transformation.
Jess helped me take my first step toward systems. I have rebelled against the word “systems” forever (it’s not in my DNA). She listened and heard me and what I wanted for my business, and then helped me find ways to make that work in the real world.”

What it looks like
You might use our time to identify a clear direction, clarify an offer, or sort through big ideas. We might troubleshoot something practical, like editing your website, so you can confidently handle it on your own next time. Or we might work through content together – refining a landing page or reviewing a Canva design.
Sometimes the work is focused and tactical. Sometimes it’s more ongoing and foundational. When we step into a season of working together, we’ll set an intention behind it.
These are the intentions I see most often:
Build Together
For early-stage founders or anyone starting fresh. We clarify your direction, set up simple platforms and systems to support you, and take thoughtful steps forward, together. At this stage of business, there are tons of things to set up and problem-solve. It’s a lot easier when you’re not doing it alone.
Grow Together
For people who are entering a new level in their business. Maybe you’re hiring your first VA. Maybe you have a small but disjointed team that needs to be streamlined. This season focuses on structure, communication, and building systems that allow your business to grow without everything depending on you.
Love Your Work Again
For seasons when the load starts to feel hard to carry. We start by creating ease and calm in your day-to-day, then reconnect with what you loved about this work in the first place. Together, we make thoughtful adjustments so your business feels sustainable and has room for your life again.

“Sometimes I get stuck on some business decision or process that’s outside my wheelhouse, and all my momentum comes to a halt while I run in circles. All I really want is someone who will understand my questions and respond with the direct insights and answers I need to get out of neutral and move to the next step.
Imagine my excitement when that’s exactly what happened in my session with Jess. In one hour, we cracked through my list and did more actionable work than I’ve done in months with others. Bonus: That shift in momentum sparked brand-new ways of thinking about my business! I’m already preparing for my next session.”

She has this grounded wisdom and calm presence that makes everything feel a little clearer and easier to navigate. I’m constantly amazed by her problem-solving superpower, she can take something that feels tangled and help you see a simple, real way forward.
Her guidance has shaped the way I think and grow, and I always walk away from our meetings together feeling more grounded and inspired.”
