Jess Hershey
Founder of MOCA.
Jess Hershey is the founder of MOCA, a resource and community dedicated to helping people build businesses through intentional decision-making. It’s a space for real conversations, thoughtful support, and creating businesses that truly fit the lives of the people running them.
She and her team help entrepreneurs clarify their voice and connect with the right people through brand communication. For over a decade, Jess has guided entrepreneurs through growth and change, helping them align their work with their values. She brings a calm presence, a strategic mind, and a deep curiosity about the heart of each person’s work. With a background in teaching, yoga, event planning, and operations, she blends big-picture strategy with a human-first approach.
Jess lives in Idaho with her husband and two very loved dogs. She lights up about old-growth forests, Big Magic, and anything that feels like a tiny experiment. Ask her about the time she got married during a snorkel tour in Hawaii or when she swam with whale sharks.
