Jess Hershey is a Seasonal Business Partner, Work-Life Strategist, and the Founder of moca, a collaborative business studio designed to help people build businesses that work for their life. She centers her work on helping people love their work again by creating something sustainable and aligned with their values.

With over a decade of experience guiding business owners through growth and transition, Jess believes entrepreneurship should make room for the messiness and unpredictability of being human. She encourages people to build slower and with more intention, bringing joy back into their work and their life.

She lives in Idaho with her husband and two dogs. She’s a little obsessed with her dogs. If you ask to see pictures, she’ll definitely show you.
