MEET Bethany

Bethany is the steady presence that connects all the moving pieces of moca and brings them together with intention. As Relationship Coordinator, she ensures that every client and community member feels seen, supported, and understood. She pairs her natural warmth with a systems-minded approach, helping people stay aligned with their goals while keeping projects, relationships, and communication flowing smoothly.

At moca, Bethany collaborates closely with Jess to nurture community relationships, shape the member experience, and hold the context that supports thoughtful, relationship-centered work. Her strength lies in creating ease—building connections, organizing details, and maintaining momentum behind the scenes so others can do their best work.

Outside of moca, Bethany is the creator of The Joyful Play Project, a collection of ideas and activities that spark joy, creativity, and that nostalgic sense of fun that makes everyday moments feel special again. Her work there reflects the same grounding principles that guide her at moca: presence, intention, and care in how experiences are created and shared.

Bethany lives in Michigan with her husband and four kids. When she’s not at moca, you’ll likely find her paddle boarding, baking, painting, or planning her next children’s birthday party.
