Jane teaches practical concepts like “block out” (eliminating distractions), “pivot” (adapting while staying grounded in your core values), “boundaries” (creating structure that binds anxiety), “rebound” (handling setbacks), and “practice and play” (preparing thoroughly while maintaining joy).
