Lisa is a Fractional Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant who partners with CEOs, founders, executive coaches, and high-net-worth individuals to help bring order and momentum to their businesses. With more than 20 years of experience supporting senior leaders, she is known for her roll-up-your-sleeves approach and ability to turn complex ideas into organized, forward-moving initiatives.

She often works alongside small marketing teams to manage projects and keep campaigns and initiatives moving from concept to execution. Lisa also has extensive experience supporting nonprofit organizations, particularly in coordinating fundraising events and managing the many operational details that help mission-driven work succeed.

At her core, Lisa is a project manager and operations partner who thrives on helping leaders stay focused on what matters most while she manages the moving pieces behind the scenes.

She holds a Project Management certification and recently completed a Chief of Staff certification, strengthening her ability to support leadership teams, align priorities, and drive execution.

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked across industries including marketing, publishing, nonprofit leadership, commercial real estate, and technology, and has supported well-known speakers, authors, a TV celebrity, and entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and escaping to the mountains or the beach whenever she can.
