Lisa Ferguson
Lisa is a podcast manager and strategist who helps purpose-driven women turn their voice into a platform for impact and change.
Her path started in words, not audio. She spent years promoting social causes (as a journalist, content marketing writer, graphic designer, and a one-person communications team at a nonprofit) long before she ever touched an audio file.
She’s partnered with women founders, coaches, and consultants to take a podcast idea from “I’ve been planning this for a year” to fully launched in 4–6 weeks. Her clients show up and record; she handles everything else so they can focus on their message, not the mechanics.
Lately, Lisa’s background is pulling her toward something bigger: using podcasting not just as a marketing tool to turn listeners into clients, but as a space for advocacy and progressive change. She’s building a podcast management practice for women with ideas that need to be heard, ideas that deserve community and momentum, not just a launch checklist. And it’s rooted in this belief: Your job is to raise hell. Hers is to make it sound good.
When she’s not working you’ll find Lisa hanging with her rescue dog, Pancho, and senior cat, Ramona, who really just tolerate each other; roller skating; trying to learn Spanish; and binging crime dramas, especially Nordic noirs.
