Katelyn is the founder of Smooth Sailing VA, where she helps business owners simplify their processes and find a little more breathing room in their day. Her experience with MOCA gave her a front-row look at the challenges entrepreneurs face and how thoughtful systems and support can make a real difference. She enjoys handling the small details and offering steady encouragement to her clients.

When she’s not working, Katelyn loves spending time with her family, catching up on the latest Netflix series, and coaching CrossFit.
