Delores Edwards is an Emmy and multiple award-winning executive producer, visibility strategist, media and story coach, and consultant who helps ambitious Black Gen X women become impossible to overlook.

With 20+ years of experience as an executive producer and journalist–developing stories, shaping narratives, and bringing new voices to national audiences–Delores knows exactly what it takes to get seen, heard, and taken seriously. Now she brings that expertise directly to her clients.

As a Black woman who has navigated media and professional spaces where she was often the only one in the room, Delores understands firsthand what it means to be overlooked, underestimated, and still show up doing exceptional work. That first-hand experience is at the heart of her work: helping Black Gen X women claim the visibility, authority, and recognition they have always deserved.

Through story coaching, media training, and strategic advising, Delores helps women develop their ideas, own their narrative, and walk into any room calm, self-assured, and completely seen.
