Over the past 15 years, Bobby has built onboarding and manager training programs from scratch at multiple startups and SMBs, led teams through hypergrowth as well as layoffs, facilitated thousands of meetings, and trained hundreds of managers and executives.

In his free time, Bobby is a total book nerd who reads 70+ books per year. His articles about leadership, personal development, and communication have been published in over a dozen publications, including Fast Company, The Startup, and Entrepreneur’s Handbook.
