Known for blending practicality with a hefty dose of wit, she believes business challenges are just puzzles waiting to be solved—and she’s got a knack for spotting the missing piece.

Roberta’s career spans decades of business experience, including co-owning a landscaping company where she learned that plants (and clients) thrive with the right balance of attention and boundaries.

Nowadays, as owner of Ryan Business Design, she’s on a mission to help purpose-focused small business owners wrangle their biggest challenges and create businesses they actually enjoy running.

She’s a lifelong learner with a degree in liberal arts, a coaching certification, and a growing stack of “how-to” books she promises to read one day.
