Website Portfolio
Every website we build is rooted in clarity, connection, and the actual needs of the person behind it. No flashy trends, no one-size-fits-all templates, just thoughtful, functional design that helps our clients show up as themselves and reach the people they’re meant to serve.
Below, you’ll find case studies from past projects. Each one is a little different, because each client is different. But they all share one thing: they were built with intention, collaboration, and care.
Rachel Jamison Webster
Rachel is a professor, author, and speaker who came to us to create a website that felt as warm and alive as she is in real life. Her existing site hadn’t been updated in over a decade and didn’t reflect the energy and visibility she was experiencing after the release of her latest book. We built her site on Squarespace so she could easily make edits herself and shaped a visual identity that balanced her accomplishments with approachability.
Embold Research
The Embold Research team came to us at a turning point in their evolution—they were ready to move beyond being seen as “just” a polling firm and to step more fully into their identity as an innovative, mission-driven insights company. Together, we restructured and rewrote their website on WordPress to reflect this shift, clarifying their product offerings, elevating their unique methodology, and infusing the site with a clean, human-forward visual style that better reflects the caliber of their work. From overhauling their homepage messaging to creating a flexible structure for showcasing case studies, we helped bring their modern, trusted voice into sharper focus—setting them up to lead with clarity in a crowded and often misunderstood industry.
Dr. Geeta Maker-Clark
Geeta is a family physician, speaker, and integrative medicine thought leader who came to us with an outdated Joomla site that no longer reflected her evolving body of work. She needed a clean, modern platform to house her writing, media, and public speaking. We rebuilt her site on WordPress, shaping a visual identity that supported both her professional credibility and deeply personal philosophy around food as medicine. The final site is spacious, intentional, and easy to navigate—offering visitors a thoughtful entry point into her world of integrative health.
mypartum
Amena came to us to bring mypartum to life — a raw, real, and supportive space for postpartum moms. She needed a Shopify site to sell curated boxes that offer tangible relief and care, while also speaking to the broader support network of partners, friends, and family. We helped her shape brand messaging that stripped away the fluff and spoke directly to the messy, honest reality of motherhood. The result is a site that feels strong, warm, and unmistakably human.
Grants4Biz
Grants4Biz is a grant-matching platform designed to help small businesses find funding opportunities tailored to their industry. Danita came to us with a vision: a clean, user-friendly WordPress site that could house the subscription-based tool while also clearly communicating her grant writing services. We helped bring that vision to life—refining the brand voice, shaping clear messaging, and building a professional online presence that aligned with the platform’s credibility and purpose.
Timberline Woodworks Idaho
Mark is a craftsman with a deep respect for the trees he salvages and the stories they hold. He came to us wanting a fresh start for his online shop—something simple, honest, and built to let the work speak for itself. We created a brand identity that feels solid, straightforward, and built to last (just like Mark’s work) and wrote new copy to help customers feel the care that goes into each handmade piece. Moving him from Weebly to Shopify made for a better customer experience, where people can explore the shop, join the list, and be the first to know when new pieces are released.
Redesigns

TriQuarterly
TriQuarterly is a long-running literary journal operated by Northwestern University. With decades of published work and a commitment to thoughtful cultural inquiry, the team needed a new website that could honor its legacy while supporting ongoing publishing and editorial updates. We rebuilt the site on Squarespace, migrated the full archive, and designed a structure that makes it easy to feature new work and showcase the journal’s evolving voice. We also trained their team to manage the site moving forward, creating a more sustainable system for publishing and maintaining their digital presence.
Always Adventure
Andy came to us with a powerful message and a clear desire to expand his reach through meaningful, connected conversations. Together, we built the visual language of his brand from the ground up—starting with a workbook that anchors his flagship roundtable program and continuing through the redesign of his website. We developed key assets like a lead magnet and email nurture series to help his audience build trust and take the next step. Throughout, our goal was to reflect the vision, and transformational impact that Andy brings to his work.
SeasPartners
Danita is a strategist, grant expert, and thought leader who came to us wanting her website to better reflect the full range of her work—not just grants, but also innovation consulting, AI integration, and support for nonprofits, small businesses, and government clients. We conducted a full website audit and then rebuilt her site in WordPress, reshaping the content and structure to highlight her credentials, capture new leads, and position her as a go-to expert across sectors. The result is a site that feels modern, credible, and aligned with her bigger vision.
Joni Lane
Joni came to us wanting a website that reflected the thoughtful, steady support she offers to parents. We helped her clarify the language and structure of her site so it could communicate clearly with visitors. Through collaborative conversations, we refined her brand messaging, making it easier for people to understand what she offers and how to stay connected. The final WordPress site is warm yet professional, with space for Joni’s voice to shine through.
Eagle Veterinary Hospital
Kari approached us to update Eagle Veterinary Hospital’s online presence, aiming for a site that reflected the clinic’s commitment to compassionate, individualized care. We built this Squarespace site to showcase the comprehensive services they offer and conveys the warmth and dedication of their team. By refining the site’s structure, language, and content, we helped clarify their brand voice, making it easier for visitors to navigate services, meet the staff, and feel the welcoming atmosphere that Kari and her team foster in person.
Final Journey
Kathryn came to us with a bold idea: help people talk about death without all the doom and gloom. She wanted a website that made space for honesty, heart (and a little dark humor), as she guides others through end-of-life planning. We worked together to clarify her offerings and shape a Squarespace site that feels grounded, approachable, and a little bit witty (just like Kathryn). The result is a site that makes it easier to start meaningful conversations about what matters most, while keeping things human and real.
