Meet Stephanie
Executive Coach, Business Strategist, Speaker, and Author
Stephanie Randle has spent most of her career helping people see what they couldn’t yet see in themselves.
Long before anyone called it coaching, people naturally came to her for guidance. As a child, friends and classmates would ask for advice. Later, employees, colleagues, and leaders sought her perspective when they were navigating difficult decisions or trying to move forward in their careers. Again and again, Stephanie found herself doing the same kind of work she does today, listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people uncover the clarity that was already there.
What she loves most about this work is the moment when everything clicks. When someone who has been struggling with doubt suddenly sees a new path forward. When an idea that once felt impossible becomes something real and achievable. Stephanie has watched women rediscover talents they had set aside, launch businesses they once only imagined, and step into leadership roles they weren’t sure they were ready for. The talent and potential were always there. Sometimes it just takes the right conversation to reveal it.

the story
Stephanie officially launched her coaching practice in 2020, but her path to this work was built on decades of leadership experience in STEM. With a background in computer science, she spent years working in highly technical environments as an engineer, coder, and project manager. That experience shaped the way she approaches coaching today, bringing both analytical thinking and real-world business insight to every conversation.
Around the same time she began building her coaching practice, Stephanie discovered meditation. What started as a personal practice quickly became an important part of her work with clients. She found that when leaders slow down, breathe, and create space to think clearly, they approach their challenges with greater creativity, focus, and confidence. Today, Stephanie often begins sessions with a brief grounding practice, helping clients clear the noise of a busy day so they can fully engage in the deeper work of leadership.
Stephanie’s passion is helping women step fully into their voice and leadership. For many years, she struggled with using her own voice. Over time, she realized that speaking up and sharing ideas allowed her to step into her greatest strengths. Today, she helps other women move beyond that same hesitation so they can lead, contribute, and show up with confidence in the rooms where their voices matter most.
