So how does it work?
When you join a Build Together Workshop, you have 3 different sessions at your disposal throughout the week:
Learn + Build Session
Tuesday, December 9th at 11:00am MST
Think workshop meets guided coworking. This will be the base of our work together. You’ll get a high level understanding of what we’re trying to accomplish and why it matters, and then (here’s the best part) we will break down our action steps into a bite-sized project that we can implement together.
In this Session we’ll look at the people who matter most (clients, collaborators, referral partners, and other lovely people that you want to stay in touch with) and find a practical and sustainable way to stay in touch with them. We’ll also talk about the potential benefits of doing so.
Oh and PS – If you’re not able to attend the workshop, you’ll of course receive a recording. We want to make sure you can participate even if your schedule is tight!
Coworking Session
Wednesday, December 10th at 11:00am MST
The next day we’ll come together for a Coworking Session specifically for Build Together members to finish our implementation. We’ll build together and work through blocks in real time. Get clear on what it looks like to nurture your relationships moving forward, how to track your efforts, and ways to schedule your tasks that make sure they stay in a container.
Review / Q + A Session
Thursday, December 11th at 11:00am MST
The next day you’ll be invited to attend one last session where you can ask questions about where you’re getting stuck and what’s feeling challenging. Because sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know until you’re actually doing it.
Then we’ll do a live review of what we covered in the workshop and celebrate what we’ve accomplished. It’s a moment to stop and celebrate your success, with the support of other people working through the same pain points. And it’s a reminder that you’re not doing this alone.
Who’s Jess?
Jess is the Founder of MOCA and the creator of the Build Together project. She’s worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs over the last decade in strategy and ongoing project management.
Who’s Bethany?
Bethany is the Relationship Coordinator at MOCA and she already knows who you are (not in a creepy way). It’s her job to make sure that you have a great experience anytime you’re involved with MOCA.
